PRE-TRAINING PREPARATION – BEGINNER
If you are attending the Beginner VoteBuilder training with Stephanie, please read!
Make sure you have a VoteBuilder account and know your login information:
• If you don’t have a VoteBuilder account and have never had a Florida VoteBuilder account before, please email [email protected] with your full name and the DEC you are working with.
• If you have a VoteBuilder account and have forgotten the password, please go to votebuilder.com and click on the “I forgot my password” link and follow the instructions to reset it.
• If you have had a Florida VoteBuilder account in the past and try to login it says that your account is not active, please email [email protected] to have it reactivated.

Try logging in to VoteBuilder before the training so that you don’t have any problems on training day!

PRE-TRAINING PREPARATION - INTERMEDIATE
If you are attending the Intermediate VoteBuilder training with Stephanie, please read!
1. Make sure you have a VoteBuilder account and know your login information:
• If you don’t have a VoteBuilder account and have never had a Florida VoteBuilder account before, please email [email protected] with your full name and the DEC you are working with.
• If you have a VoteBuilder account and have forgotten the password, please go to votebuilder.com and click on the “I forgot my password” link and follow the instructions to reset it.
• If you have had a Florida VoteBuilder account in the past and try to login it says that your account is not active, please email [email protected] to have it reactivated.
• Try logging in to VoteBuilder before the training so that you don’t have any problems on training day!

2. If you have a smartphone or tablet, download the MiniVan Touch app or update it if you’ve already downloaded it:
• If you have an iPhone or Apple device: Go to the App store, search for the MiniVAN Touch app, then tap “Install”. You may need to enter your AppleID password to install this app.
• If you have an Android device: go to Google Play, search for “MiniVAN”, then tap “Install.”
• In either case, the icon looks like this:

• If you’ve already installed this app in the past, make sure it’s updated: go to your app updates section and download any updates that may be listed there.
• Find the app on your phone and open it to make sure it’s installed correctly.

3. Have an ActionID (if you already have one, just make sure you know your information to login with ActionID):
• If you don’t have an ActionID, login to your VoteBuilder account
• At the very top right of the page, click on your name.
• In the drop down that appears, click on “Use ActionID to login to VoteBuilder Florida”
• On the new page the opens, click on the “Create ActionID” tab
• Enter the email address that you most often use and a password you can remember easily (this will not need to be changed every 30 days). Then enter your name and phone number, and click “Create”.
• You’ve just created an ActionID linked to your VoteBuilder account! You can now login to Votebuilder AND MiniVAN on your phone using ActionID with the email address and password you just created.
• If you’ve downloaded the MiniVAN app to your mobile device, use your ActionID information to login to MiniVAN to test it out before the training.
