In response to President Trump's termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelans who are currently living in the United States, the Miami-Dade Democratic Party stands in solidarity with immigrants fleeing communist and authoritarian governments.
We are supporting the City of Miami resolution in favor of restoring TPS for Venezuelans, and demanding it not be revoked for other immigrant groups pursuing the American Dream.
