New Florida statewide Vote By Mail paper form

Florida’s voting laws now require voters who wish to request a Vote-By-Mail ballot to do so after every federal election cycle (2 years). All Vote-By-Mail ballot requests were canceled on December 31, 2022.

If you have not filled out a new Vote-By-Mail ballot request between January 1st, 2023, and today, then you will not receive a Vote-By-Mail ballot for the August 20, 2024 primary or the November 5, 2024 General election.

All Vote-By-Mail ballot requests will be canceled again on December 31, 2024.
