The Florida House Criminal Justice Subcommittee today voted 10-5 to approve PCB CRJ 19-03, which would require unnecessary steps to implement Amendment 4 and restore voting rights. As this bill advances in the Florida house, Republicans in the Florida senate are preparing their own bill that would restrict eligibility for restoring voter rights.
Please sign the petition below, and call the senators who will be voting Monday, March 25. Let them know you do not want to further restrict who can have their voting rights restore and to say NO to Senate Bill 7086. More info at the ACLU website
